Musician Dave Grohl seeks therapy following cheating scandal

Dave Grohl, the lead singer of the Foo Fighters, recently opened up about seeking therapy following a tumultuous period in his life. Grohl revealed that he has been engaging in therapy six days a week for over 70 weeks, totaling more than 430 sessions, after going through a series of painful experiences. To cope with the aftermath of these events, Grohl felt the need to “turn everything off” and seek professional help. Through his therapy sessions, he expressed that it has helped him navigate his emotions and become a better communicator. Despite the personal challenges he faced, Grohl is set to release a new album, titled “Your Favorite Toy,” on April 24th.
