Approval nearing for Daphne retail and residential development
The Daphne retail and residential development project, still pending approval, is set to transform a plot of empty farmland at the intersection of Highway 181 and County Road 64 in Daphne, Alabama. Spearheaded by Montgomery-based Trotman Company, the venture is a three-phase endeavor that will feature a Neighborhood Walmart, several retail outparcels, and 200 upscale apartments.
