Brighton’s dynamic duo Lambrini Girls, consisting of Phoebe Lunny on vocals and guitar and Selin Macieira on bass, have unveiled their latest single ‘Cult of Celebrity’. The track kicks off with an intense guitar riff and delves deep into the murky world of the global elite, shedding light on their nefarious activities that have recently come to the forefront.

In a statement about the new song, the band reflects on the age-old narrative of making deals with the devil, a theme long associated with high society. However, in light of recent revelations, it appears that the elite truly embody the devil incarnate, engaging in unthinkable acts. Lambrini Girls express their incredulity at this discovery, pointing out that these individuals lacked souls to begin with.

The single is complemented by a visually captivating music video directed by London-based filmmaker Harv Frost, known for his work on projects like “The Last Dinner Party” and “Laufey”. Lambrini Girls, renowned for their outstanding live performances, are set to dazzle audiences at some of the world’s most prestigious music festivals, including Coachella, Bonnaroo, and Primavera Sound.

The duo made waves in the rock scene with their debut album ‘Who Let The Dogs Out’ in 2025, establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with. The album received critical acclaim, with publications like NOTION, Kerrang!, and Paste singing its praises. Labelled as a meticulously crafted whirlwind of a record, Lambrini Girls have garnered accolades from industry legends such as Kathleen Hanna, Iggy Pop, and Sleater Kinney, sharing stages with IDLES and Amyl & The Sniffers.

As Lambrini Girls prepare to embark on their festival tour, their fiery charisma, sharp wit, and electrifying performances are sure to captivate audiences across the globe.
