Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize Collab on New Album ‘Nine Inch Noize’
Nine Inch Nails and Boys Noize are set to release a new album named Nine Inch Noize, just in time for Coachella where they will be performing together. The album is a collaboration born from Boys Noize’s remixes of Tron: Ares tracks, such as “A QUESTION OF TRUST,” “GHOST IN THE MACHINE,” and “WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?” This upcoming album, cataloged as Halo 38 in the NIN collection, is scheduled to drop on April 17, right before Record Store Day.
Both acts are gearing up to headline the Sahara Tent during both weekends of Coachella on April 10 and April 17. Fans might even catch a glimpse of the new material from the album during their performance this Friday, as it will be streamed live on YouTube for all to see.
Nine Inch Nails recently wrapped up their Peel It Back Tour in Sacramento, which featured Boys Noize as a special guest. The tour received rave reviews, adding to the band’s already impressive portfolio. Their last music endeavor was the Tron: Ares soundtrack, which, upon its release, was quickly adopted by Disney World’s Tron Lightcycle attraction. Fans can now enjoy the band’s music while taking a ride at the Magic Kingdom.
Speaking of cinematic collaborations, Nine Inch Nails played a crucial role in providing the entire soundtrack for the movie Tron: Ares, featuring the likes of Jared Leto and written by the band’s frontman duo. The soundtrack is available on multiple formats, including cassette, CD, limited edition CD, black vinyl, and limited edition red and grey vinyl.
Nine Inch Nails has left an indelible mark on the music industry, being credited as pioneers of industrial music, blending rock, metal, electronica, and alternative rock to create a genre-defying sound. Their debut album, “Pretty Hate Machine,” is a certified multi-platinum hit, setting the stage for their sophomore offering, “The Downward Spiral,” which went on to sell over 5 million copies and achieved quadruple-platinum status.
Over their illustrious career, Nine Inch Nails have sold over 30 million records worldwide, cementing their status as one of the greatest musical acts of all time. With a unique sound that spans multiple genres and a discography filled with critical and commercial successes, they continue to inspire and captivate audiences globally.
