This summer, a lineup of talented musicians, including Feist, Alessia Cara, Broken Social Scene, and Paul Langlois of the Tragically Hip, will grace the stage at Nathan Phillips Square for the inaugural TOgether Festival. The event, presented by Fitzrovia and powered by MRG Live, is scheduled to take place on June 6 from 12 p.m. until late. The primary objective of the festival is to raise more than $1 million in support of the UHN and Michael Garron Hospital Foundations. Throughout the day, attendees can expect live fundraising activities with the opportunity to win prizes.

In addition to the musical performances, the daytime portion of the festival will feature programming focused on health, wellness, and movement. Attendees can also look forward to enjoying food from curated food trucks and vendors, interacting with hospital displays, participating in kids’ activities, and witnessing guest appearances by Canadian Olympians.

Matthew Gibbons, President and founder of the MRG Group, expressed the belief that live events have the unique ability to bring people together in ways that nothing else can. He stated that TOgether represents a celebration of Toronto’s essence – its generosity, community, and commitment to one another. As a Canadian company based in Toronto, MRG Live is proud to be a part of an event that reflects the spirit of the city. Gibbons emphasized that the festival is not merely a concert but an opportunity to collaboratively construct something meaningful for the Toronto community.

The TOgether Festival promises to be a memorable event that not only showcases an impressive musical lineup but also serves a noble cause by raising funds for Toronto healthcare institutions. With a diverse range of activities planned throughout the day, attendees can look forward to an enriching experience while contributing to a significant charitable endeavor. So mark your calendars for June 6 and join in the festivities at Nathan Phillips Square for a day of music, community, and support for a worthy cause.

As the city of Toronto comes together for this special event, the TOgether Festival represents an opportunity for individuals to connect, celebrate community spirit, and make a positive impact on the healthcare sector.
