Old Crow Medicine Show Enlist Del McCoury, Jesse Welles, Molly Tuttle, and Others for Latest Album

Old Crow Medicine Show is gearing up for the release of their forthcoming full-length studio album, Union Made, on June 5. The album is set to mark the band’s return with notable guest appearances including Del McCoury, Jesse Welles, Molly Tuttle, and more.

Produced by one of the band’s members, Morgan Jahnig, Union Made embodies reflections on America’s upcoming milestone, the country’s 250th birthday. The LP’s first single, “My Side of the Mountain,” was a collaborative effort between band frontman Ketch Secor, his wife Molly Tuttle, and country star Luke Combs, along with contributions from bluegrass legends Del McCoury and Ronnie McCoury.

Delving into the inspiration behind the song, Secor expressed his deep roots in western North Carolina and how the area shaped both his and Combs’ musical journey. The track celebrates the unique Appalachian culture and sound, paying tribute to the self-reliant folk of the region.
