Chanel Beads names new album ‘Your Day Will Come’ again

Chanel Beads, the creative endeavor of musician Shane Lavers, is set to release his second album titled Your Day Will Come, following the success of his 2025 album with the same title. Despite having the same name as his previous album, this new record is a fresh and distinct project. The decision to keep the title was influenced by the enduring impact of the phrase, creating a contrast between certainty and doubt that occupied his mind.

The announcement of the new album comes with a lead single called “Song for the Messenger,” accompanied by an original music video. The song showcases Lavers’s unique sound, featuring high-pitched vocals layered over a mix of live drums, strings, and warped guitar tones. The lyrics convey a blend of despair and determination, tinged with a sense of hope.

During the recording process, Lavers collaborated with key artists like Zachary Paul on violin and Maya McGrory, also known as Colle, on vocals. Additional contributions came from Tchad Cousins, Mari Maurice, Anastasia Coope, Bella Litsa, and Isaac Eiger.
