Oliver Sean & WOA Unveil Impressive Lineup for Billboard Top 10 Independent Blues Event
The second installment of the Independent Blues Project, following the immense success of the first edition, is set to be released in June 2026. With Executive Producers Oliver Sean and Wanda Alvares at the helm, the lineup for the new edition has been unveiled. The first volume made waves globally, topping charts and receiving airplay on radio stations across the US, UK, and even reaching audiences in Egypt, India, and Canada. The Independent Blues Project Vol. 2 promises to continue this trend with a talented group of musicians coming together for an unforgettable musical experience.
The Official Artist Lineup for the project includes a mix of established and up-and-coming talent. Among them are Joseph Pagano, a Billboard Top 10 artist known for his storytelling skills and who also serves as a Co-Producer for the project. The Mak Daddy Revue, an International Touring Band that brings high-energy blues to the stage, and Ingvi Thor Kormaksson & JJ Soul Band, a unique collaboration blending Icelandic and British influences in soulful blues music, are also part of the lineup.
Other artists featured in the project include Purusa, a favorite in the Pacific Northwest known for their raw, alternative rock and blues sound, and Cathy Varna, a French Jazz Blues artist with a sophisticated European style. Juice tha Black Beethoven, known for defying genres and topping charts, and Crooner Ed, an artist with a timeless vocal depth, are also part of the lineup. French Blues star Jacques Péna and iTunes chart-toppers The Silvers bring their unique styles to the project, along with the Real Indie Project, a collective of award-winning musicians created by Oliver Sean.
Oliver Sean, known for his signature “World Blues” sound, is the visionary Lead Executive Producer of the project. His innovative approach to music production has been recognized with a nomination for the MTV EMA Awards.
