Joan Jett and the Blackhearts have exciting plans for a summer tour set to take place in both the US and Europe. With seven concerts scheduled from May to July, fans can look forward to seeing the iconic rock band perform live once again. This tour marks their first performances since the passing of Thommy Price, the drummer who played with them for nearly three decades from 1986 to 2016, and recorded eight albums with Jett before his death at the age of 68.

Kicking off the tour on May 23 at BottleRock Napa Valley, Jett will share the stage with other notable acts such as Foo Fighters, Kool and the Gang, Men at Work, and Bush. This won’t be her first time at this event, as she previously performed there when it debuted in 2013 and made a return appearance four years later. The next stop for Jett and the Blackhearts is the Sweden Rock Festival on June 5 in Solvesborg, followed by a performance at the America250PA Commonwealth Concert Series in Hershey, Pennsylvania, on June 13. Their tour will then take them to France on June 28, followed by three UK dates where Jett will headline for the first time in over 15 years. Fans can catch her at O2 Academy Glasgow on July 2, Manchester Academy on July 4, and O2 Academy Leeds on July 5.

Joan Jett rose to fame with her hit single “I Love Rock ‘n Roll” in 1981. In 2025, she embarked on a tour with Billy Idol called the It’s a Nice Day to … Tour Again! visiting 30 locations between May and September. Additionally, she had a residency at the House of Blues Las Vegas in June 2025, bridging the gap between Billy Idol’s tour and the announcement of these upcoming dates. For fans eager to secure tickets or find out more information about the tour, they can visit Joan Jett’s official website for details.

This summer tour promises to be an unforgettable experience for fans of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, as they hit the stage once more to deliver their signature high-energy performances across the US and Europe.
