Everclear announces The Lucky 7 Tour with American Hi-Fi as special guests

Everclear, a prominent alternative rock band from the 1990s, is gearing up for The Lucky 7 Tour, led by vocalist, guitarist, and founder Art Alexakis, with the addition of special guests American Hi-Fi. This upcoming 24-date fall headlining tour is scheduled to commence on October 22nd in Los Angeles, spanning various cities such as San Francisco, Portland, Denver, and Nashville, among others, culminating on November 22nd. Prior to the official tour launch, fans can get a taste of what’s to come at the Las Vegas preview show on August 22nd.

Fans can take part in selecting the songs they wish to hear during the concert by voting for their top choices from Everclear’s extensive catalog spanning three decades. Along with classic hits like “Father of Mine” and “Santa Monica,” the top 7 most requested songs in each city will be performed, offering a personalized and interactive experience for concert-goers. The voting process is now open on the official Everclear website.

Art Alexakis expresses his enthusiasm for the tour, emphasizing the importance of fan involvement in shaping the setlist. Collaborating with American Hi-Fi, he envisions a memorable and engaging experience for audiences. Everclear, formed in 1992, has enjoyed a successful career with 11 studio albums, four of which have received Gold or Platinum certifications. Their repertoire includes 12 Top 40 Hit Singles across mainstream rock, alternative, and adult top 40 radio. Notable tracks like “Santa Monica,” “Father of Mine,” “I Will Buy You A New Life,” and “Wonderful” have solidified Everclear’s place in music history.

Emerging in the mid-90s with their major label debut album, “Sparkle and Fade,” Everclear quickly rose to fame with chart-topping hits and widespread acclaim. Over the years, the band has continued to evolve, celebrating milestones such as their 30th anniversary in 2022 with a remastered edition of their debut album and a retrospective video hosted by Matt Pinfield. Their latest release, “Live at The Whisky a Go Go,” captures the band’s electrifying live performances and includes bonus studio tracks, further showcasing their musical range and versatility.

In addition to their musical endeavors, Everclear frontman Art Alexakis released a solo album in 2019 and has actively supported charitable causes, including organizations dedicated to music industry professionals and individuals affected by multiple sclerosis, a condition he publicly disclosed in the same year.
