John 5 Begins European Tour, His First Full Run Since 2016
Renowned guitarist John 5 kicked off his European solo tour on May 14th at The Underworld in London, England, marking his first extensive solo tour in Europe since a limited number of shows back in 2016. The exciting performance in London featured a setlist of 20 songs, including popular tracks like “Wicked World” and “The Ghost,” as well as covers of hit songs such as Queen’s “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” and Eurythmics’ “Sweet Dreams.” Fans were also treated to a Mötley Crüe medley, making it a night to remember.
Expressing his excitement for the tour, John 5 shared, “I can’t tell you how excited I am to finally bring my solo show back to Europe. It’s been way too long, and the love and loyalty from the fans over the years has meant everything to me. I’m really proud of Ghost, and can’t wait to share these songs with you live.” The tour is in support of his latest album, Ghost, which was released in October 2025. The tour consists of 24 dates across nine countries, with Dan Bryne joining as a special guest for the U.K. dates, and South of Salem performing at the European stops.
However, due to some logistical challenges, eight of the tour dates have been rescheduled from May to October 2026. Cities like Southampton, Exeter, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, Glasgow, Chester, and Wolverhampton will now host John 5’s performances between October 11 and 18. While tickets purchased for the original dates are still valid, refunds are also available for those who are unable to attend the rescheduled shows. The tour will culminate with a performance at the Sweden Rock festival on June 4th.
John 5’s illustrious career spans over three decades, during which he has collaborated with iconic artists such as Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, David Lee Roth, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Meat Loaf, and Dolly Parton.
