Tolosa Siblings Embark on Creative and Cultural Journey

Irene and Jokin, two creative siblings hailing from Tolosa, are deeply invested in promoting and celebrating Basque culture through their unique professional and artistic paths.

Born in Tolosa, Irene (1970) and Jokin (1974) have centered their work around creativity and the Basque language. Irene, who assumed the role of director at the Etxepare Basque Institute in 2018, has dedicated herself to communication and cultural outreach. On the other hand, Jokin, in addition to his work as a psychologist and counselor at Gureak company, is a talented musician who crafts melodies imbued with emotions.
