ut album, “A/B,” was a significant moment for KALEO, with “No Good” becoming a standout track. The band has now revisited this fan-favorite with a fresh take on “Still No Good,” showcasing a more stripped-down and soulful acoustic blues vibe. Frontman JJ Julius Son expressed his excitement about recording this new version, describing it as a grittier, swampier, and bluesier interpretation that the band had been experimenting with for some time.

“Still No Good” is part of the upcoming deluxe anniversary edition of “A/B,” set to be released on June 12 by Rhino Records. This special double-LP collection will feature not only the original album but also bonus tracks, including never-before-heard recordings and live performances. It’s a tribute to the band’s breakthrough record, offering fans a deeper dive into their music.

The original release of “A/B” brought KALEO significant success, with tracks like “All The Pretty Girls” and the chart-topping hit “Way Down We Go” garnering massive streams and worldwide recognition. The upcoming deluxe edition will include the stripped version of “Way Down We Go,” along with other surprises like the previously unreleased studio track “Up In The Sky” and the reimagined “Still No Good.”

To celebrate this milestone, KALEO will be hitting the road for an extensive North American tour dubbed the Way Down We Go Tour. Joining them on this musical journey will be special guests Dawes, Darren Kiely, and singer-songwriter Elle King. The tour kicks off on June 27 in Los Angeles and will take them across the West Coast, Rocky Mountains, Midwest, and Canada before concluding on the East Coast in August. Notable venues on the tour include Colorado’s Red Rocks, NYC’s Pier 17, and Nashville’s Pinnacle.

In addition to their tour, KALEO will also be headlining the Bergmál Music Festival on June 20 at Thingvellir National Park in Iceland.
