The production team behind Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 recently released a new promotional video showcasing the ending theme song for the upcoming season. The song, titled “Inori, Owareba” (If the Prayers Are Over), is performed by singer Mika Nakashima with lyrics and music by Shinoda, the guitarist and vocalist of the rock band Hitorie. Hitorie previously performed the second opening theme song for the second season of the anime.

This new season will delve into the “Eris Training Arc” storyline, adapted from the 13th volume of the original novel series. Along with the return of the main cast, several new voice actors will join the ensemble. Ai Kakuma will voice Eris Boreas Greyrat, Haruka Tomatsu joins as Nina Farion, and Tetsu Inada portrays Gal Farion. Additionally, Yuiko Ōhara will be performing the new opening theme song, “Ketsui no Uta” (Song of Resolve).

Fans can look forward to the debut of Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 on July 5 at 12:00 a.m. (JST) on Tokyo MX and BS11, with subsequent broadcasts on Sun TV and KBS Kyoto. Seven Seas Entertainment holds the license for both the original light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote and the manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa. The company also licensed the spinoff manga, Mushoku Tensei: Roxy Gets Serious by Shōko Iwami.

The original novels tell the story of Rudeus Greyrat, a 34-year-old shut-in who is reborn into a world of swords and sorcery after being hit and killed by a truck. With memories of his past life intact, Rudeus is determined to make the most of his reincarnation and forge a new path for himself. The series initially debuted as a web novel before transitioning to a print version published by Kadokawa’s MF Books imprint.

The anime adaptation of Mushoku Tensei premiered in January 2021, with the second part airing in October 2021 after a brief delay. Crunchyroll and Hulu currently stream the anime series, along with the unaired OVA episode “Eris the Goblin Slayer.” The second season of the anime aired over two cours, with the first half premiering in July 2023 and the second half in April 2024.

Fans can also look forward to a new free-to-play game, Mushoku Tensei – Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu: Chronicle of Echoes, a 3D battle role-playing game set to launch this year. Gree Entertainment will oversee the planning and release of the game, with Asobimo handling development and maintenance.

With the anticipation building for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3, fans can expect a captivating continuation of Rudeus Greyrat’s adventure in a world of fantasy and magic.
