Saidan releases music video for “Immersed by Eternity’s Blade”

Saidan, a Japanese black metal band with horror influences, has recently unveiled a music video for their latest single, “Immersed by Eternity’s Blade.” This track is part of their upcoming album, “FANGDRILLER: Scars Beneath Memory’s Wrist,” scheduled for release on June 19th through Avantgarde Music. The album serves as a prelude to their 2023 record, “Visual Kill,” and delves into the story of Junko, who grapples with heartbreak, solitude, and a mysterious cult called Ethereal Blood.

The musical style of the new album combines elements from black metal, Visual Kei, gothic tones, and modern breakcore, resulting in a unique and nostalgic sound. To accompany the album release, Saidan will embark on a U.S. tour this summer, performing alongside Trhä and Barbelith from July 23rd to August 8th.

The tour will stop at various cities such as Indianapolis, Detroit, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, and more, treating fans to live performances of songs from the upcoming album. Additionally, fans can enjoy the music video for “Immersed by Eternity’s Blade” to get a taste of what’s to come.

The band’s lineup consists of Splatterpvnk, who handles vocals, guitars, bass, and keyboards, along with Hundosai on drums. For their live performances, the band will be joined by Ravenna on bass and Luthious on guitar, enhancing the overall live experience for fans.
