Porcelain reveals upcoming West Coast tour alongside new album announcement
The band is set to embark on a tour that will take them through various locations in the western part of North America. The tour will consist of eight dates, with stops in British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, and California. Venues lined up for the tour include The Pearl in Vancouver, Clock Out in Seattle, Polaris Hall in Portland, and Zebulon in Los Angeles. The band will be supported by LA’s own ‘deranged-rock’ group Guck for the final three shows in California.
Expressing their excitement for the upcoming tour, the band mentioned, “We’ve had our sights set on heading to the west coast for quite some time now, so we’re thrilled to be able to finally make that a reality. With a new record in the works, we can’t wait to hit the road again and perform for those who have yet to experience our live show.”
Comprised of members Steve Pike and Ryan Fitzgibbon on vocals and guitar, Jordan Emmert on bass, and Eli Deit on drums, the band emerged from Austin’s vibrant DIY scene. Their live debut took place in May of 2022, and they unveiled their self-titled debut LP on February 16, 2024, via Portrayal of Guilt Records. Drawing inspiration from the raw energy of late ’90s noise rock and post-hardcore, the band places a strong emphasis on creating tension and dynamics within their music.
Following the release of their debut album, the band has been actively touring, sharing the stage with prominent acts such as Chat Pile, Agriculture, Unwound, the Blood Brothers, Les Savy Fav, and many more. They have showcased their music alongside a diverse range of artists, including Black Moth Super Rainbow, Machine Girl, Trauma Ray, and Young Widows. Their extensive touring schedule has allowed them to connect with audiences across different regions and build a dedicated fan base.
In the spring of 2025, the band joined forces with Young Widows and Cherubs for a tour and later released a 7″ through TODO Records. They continued to expand their reach by touring with Chicago post-rock outfit Pelican and supporting Unwound on their “30 Years of The Future of What” tour in Texas. Additionally, they performed at Levitation’s Halloween Freakend Festival, further solidifying their presence in the music scene.
As they gear up for the release of their second album, the band has been busy finalizing the details and preparing to share new music with their audience.
