Frontiers Label Group announces multiple senior promotions in the UK and worldwide

Frontiers Label Group, based in Italy, has recently announced the promotion of three key executives within its UK, global A&R, and PR divisions. Leo Nicholas has now taken on the role of Managing Director for the UK, Aldo Lonobile has been appointed Vice President of Global A&R, and Martina Palermo has been elevated to the position of Global Head of PR.

According to a press release, these promotions come as a recognition of the significant contributions made by each of these executives across various aspects of Frontiers’ operations. Serafino Perugino, the President and Founder of Frontiers Label Group, expressed his pride in witnessing talented individuals within the company grow, take on more responsibilities, and excel in their roles.

Additionally, he will continue leading the A&R efforts for FLG Records. Since joining Frontiers in 2024, Nicholas has played a pivotal role in signing acclaimed artists like Skunk Anansie, As It Is, and Steel Panther, achieving chart success and critical acclaim for the label.

Aldo Lonobile, the newly appointed Vice President of Global A&R, will take on expanded responsibilities in overseeing A&R activities worldwide. With over two decades of industry experience and a decade-long tenure at Frontiers, Lonobile brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His track record includes collaborating with top artists and signing notable acts such as Masterplan and Firewind.

Martina Palermo, who now holds the title of Global Head of PR, has been instrumental in shaping Frontiers’ international communications strategy. Her leadership in executing successful publicity campaigns across multiple regions has been commendable. With a background that includes stints at major music companies like Universal Music Group and BMG, Palermo brings a wealth of experience to her new role.
