Saturday, July 4: Early Clover (Motown)
Sunday, July 5: Back to the Garden 1969 (Woodstock era)
The Levitt Pavilion provided descriptions for each of the performances.
The Hall Family performance is a beloved annual tradition where Mary Ann, Bill, Emily, and Daniel, along with special guests, perform joyful songs that inspire singing and dancing. The band includes Parents’ Choice Award-winning singer/songwriter Emily Hall and has been bringing the joy of music to children nationwide since 1971.
Clay Street Unit, hailing from Denver, Colorado, combines the acoustic roots of bluegrass and folk with the energy of Americana and country. Their music blurs the lines between genres, drawing from both the Rocky Mountains and the Appalachian traditions. With drums, sharp songwriting, and a close-knit musical bond, Clay Street Unit creates a fresh yet familiar take on American music.
Early Clover, the former lead singer of The Coasters and Apollo favorite, pays tribute to iconic artists like Marvin Gaye, Sam Cooke, and Nat King Cole in a spectacular live show that celebrates Motown classics and soulful hits.
Back to the Garden 1969 – The Woodstock Experience brings the legendary music and spirit of the Woodstock era back to life. Founded by Gary Adamson, this ensemble of seasoned musicians captures the essence of Woodstock’s most iconic performers, from Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young to Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. More than just a tribute concert, Back to the Garden 1969 is a celebration of peace, love, and the revolutionary sound that defined a generation.
Audiences will be transported to the iconic sounds of the late 1960s as the band faithfully recreates the songs that shaped classic rock. From the harmonies of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young to the raw vocals of Janis Joplin, the show pays homage to the artists who made Woodstock the ultimate rock festival. This tribute is not just a performance but a cultural celebration of a transformative era in music history.
Join in the celebrations at the Levitt Pavilion this weekend to experience the magic of these music acts and be a part of commemorating a seminal era in music history.
