Russian Circles debut music video for “Eluvial”

Russian Circles has unveiled their latest music video for the track “Eluvial,” their second release from the upcoming album “Nine.” This track was made available for streaming online on July 22nd. The band has not provided any direct comments on the track, but a press release described it as follows:

“Eluvial” serves as the grand centerpiece of the album “Nine.” The track features delayed guitar patterns reminiscent of Brian Eno and The Edge’s work on The Joshua Tree. Guitarist Mike Sullivan slowly unfolds a winding, linear melody, set against drummer Dave Turncrantz’s Latin-inspired rhythms and Brian Cook’s mixture of bass and electronics. The song progresses into a sweeping climax, leaving behind echoes of percussive and melodic motifs in its final moments.

The much-anticipated album “Nine” is set to be released on August 28th under the label Sargent House. The album launch will be supported by an extensive tour this fall. Russian Circles will be sharing the stage with Pelican on the following dates:
