Hollywood Vampires welcomed Ronnie Wood at tour start in London
In a spectacular display of rock ‘n’ roll royalty, Hollywood Vampires made their triumphant return to the stage at The O2 Arena in London on August 12, 2026. The supergroup, consisting of iconic figures like Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, Joe Perry, and Tommy Henriksen, treated the audience to a show filled with Hollywood Vampires originals, Alice Cooper classics, Aerosmith favorites, and covers paying homage to rock legends.
The atmosphere was electrifying as the band kicked off the evening with ‘I Want My Now’ from their 2019 album ‘Rise’. The setlist was a rollercoaster ride through rock history, with nods to greats like David Bowie, The Doors, and of course, Aerosmith and Alice Cooper. The audience was treated to a jukebox of rock ‘n’ roll hits that kept them on their feet throughout the night.
Just when fans thought they had seen it all, Hollywood Vampires surprised everyone with a special guest appearance by Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood. The stage was set on fire as Wood joined the band for ‘Brown Sugar’ and ‘Train Kept A-Rollin”. The legendary lineup of Alice Cooper, Joe Perry, Johnny Depp, Tommy Henriksen, and Ronnie Wood sharing a stage was a once-in-a-lifetime experience that left the audience in awe.
Interestingly, this wasn’t Wood’s first time jamming with Hollywood Vampires. In 2023, he joined the band for a tribute to Jeff Beck before performing ‘Train Kept A-Rollin” with them. The history and camaraderie between these rock legends added an extra layer of magic to the show.
The setlist for the evening was a musical journey through time, featuring tracks like ‘I’m Eighteen’, ‘Baba O’Riley’, ‘Heroes’, and ‘Walk This Way’. The band seamlessly weaved between their own original songs and classic hits, showcasing their versatility and reverence for rock history.
What sets Hollywood Vampires apart from other celebrity supergroups is their genuine love for rock ‘n’ roll. The band’s name pays homage to Cooper’s Hollywood drinking club from the ’70s, and their music serves as a celebration of the musicians, songs, and friendships that have shaped rock music over the years. Their concerts feel like a heartfelt tribute to the greats of the past, with each performance becoming a unique blend of concert, tribute show, and jam session.
Despite being away from the stage for over three years, Hollywood Vampires showed no signs of rust at The O2. Their decision to return with a bang at such a prestigious venue speaks volumes about their passion for performing and connecting with their fans. The night was a true testament to the enduring legacy of rock ‘n’ roll and the timeless appeal of Hollywood Vampires.
