In 2025, Harvest Rock music festival is set to make a much-anticipated return to Adelaide after facing cancellation the previous year. Scheduled for the 25th and 26th of October, the event promises a weekend of music and culinary delights at Rymill and King Rodney Parks.

Established in 2021 by Secret Sounds, a Live Nation subsidiary, with support from the South Australian Tourism Commission, the Harvest Rock festival experienced substantial attendance in 2023. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event had to be canceled in 2024, leaving its future uncertain at the time.

Excitement surrounds the news of the festival’s revival in 2025, with festival-goers and music enthusiasts eagerly anticipating a stellar lineup of both international and local talent performing on two main music stages. Additionally, a third stage will showcase a blend of comedic acts and culinary presentations to enrich the overall experience for attendees.

Ryan Sabet, the Festival Director of Harvest Rock, expressed enthusiasm about the festival’s return to its Adelaide roots and the collaboration with Secret Sounds to offer a world-class event. The festival aims not only to draw tourists and support local businesses but also to provide a unique experience for all age groups within the local community and beyond.

Harvest Rock is not just about music; it also celebrates South Australia’s culinary scene by offering a diverse array of food and beverage options curated by renowned figures like Duncan Welgemoed and Nick Stock. The festival experience goes beyond just music and includes lifestyle activations, pop-up bars, and VIP offerings to cater to different preferences.

Since its inception in 2022, Harvest Rock has hosted legendary performers such as Jack White, Crowded House, Jamiroquai, Beck, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, and Groove Armada, among others. This eclectic mix of iconic and contemporary artists, coupled with top-tier culinary experiences, has drawn audiences from across the country and around the globe to the festival.

South Australia’s Minister for Tourism, Zoe Bettison, lauds the festival’s return as a boon for both festival-goers and the local economy. By combining premium food and beverages with memorable events, Harvest Rock has contributed significantly to the state’s economy in previous editions, reinforcing South Australia’s reputation as a premier destination for marquee events across various interests.

The lineup for the upcoming festival will be unveiled on Tuesday, 12th August, with presale tickets available starting from Tuesday, 19th August, followed by general admission sales on Wednesday, 20th August.
