this is okay, let’s just put this out.’”

ANLIL’s collaboration with producer Caleb Nichols on “Complicated” was equally impactful. “Caleb—man, he’s like my partner in crime when it comes to this stuff. Caleb is just such an amazing producer and incredible friend. He really just knows how to take what I want to convey and translate it into sound. I think that’s his biggest gift.”
Nichols helped her blend her alt-rock roots with electronic elements: “He brings something so special. I feel like he made me feel so comfortable in expressing things that I normally wouldn’t be comfortable with expressing in here, and in this song too. It’s a little more electronic, and I haven’t really tried that before—so it was kind of a first for me, but it was exciting at the same time.”

ANLIL’s pursuit of truth and self-discovery drives her music and her artistry. “There’s so much as a human that we can relate to, that we have in common, that we don’t talk about. Music helps if you sing it. It’s like therapy—it’ll help you find the root of it,” she explains. “For me, I’m always looking for ways to understand myself and my journey better—what I can do in terms of growing as a person, growing as an artist. It’s always been that way from when I was young.”

As ANLIL continues to explore the depths of her artistry, Celestial stands as a testament to her introspective soul and boundless creativity. With each track, she invites listeners on a journey through the stars, guiding them through her unique blend of sound, storytelling, and emotion. ANLIL is an artist to watch, as she fearlessly navigates the cosmic landscape of music and self-discovery.
