Seventeen completes Japan leg of ‘New_’ world tour

Seventeen has recently completed the Japan segment of their global tour, “NEW_,” which took place in four cities and saw a total of 420,000 attendees. The most recent performances, held at the Fukuoka PayPay Dome over the weekend, drew in approximately 80,000 fans. Prior to these shows, the group showcased their talents in Nagoya, Osaka, and Tokyo.

During the Fukuoka concerts, Seventeen impressed the audience with a thrilling three-and-a-half-hour set that featured popular hits like “Thunder” from their fifth studio album. Alongside group performances, individual members also took the stage for solo acts. The group delighted fans by performing Japanese tracks such as “Not Alone” and “Power of Love,” along with Japanese versions of “Highlight” and “Rock with You.”

Expressing their gratitude towards the end of the show, the members shared, “Thank you for filling such a large venue. During the concert, we really felt that we are spending our youth together. We want to continue growing with you. We hope the day will come soon when all 13 of us can stand on stage together.”

Having kicked off their Japan tour at Vantelin Dome Nagoya, Seventeen proceeded to captivate audiences at Kyocera Dome Osaka and Tokyo Dome. With a total of 10 electrifying concerts held at Japan’s major domes, the group managed to engage a massive crowd of 420,000 attendees. For fans who couldn’t attend the live shows, the excitement was shared through live viewings and online livestreams. The show in Nagoya on November 29 was broadcasted via livestream to 1,100 theaters across 54 countries, allowing fans from around the world, including Korea, to be a part of the experience.

Seventeen is set to continue their world tour, “NEW_,” in February and March of 2026, with stadium performances lined up in four Asian cities. The upcoming shows include dates on February 28 and March 1 at Kai Tak Sports Park in Hong Kong, followed by appearances on March 7 at Singapore National Stadium, March 14-15 at the National Stadium in Bangkok, and March 21 at the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan. These concerts will all be held exclusively at large-scale stadiums, promising an unforgettable experience for fans across the region.
