BURTON C. BELL Preparing for New Music and Planning Solo Tour
Burton C. Bell, known for his time with Fear Factory, launched his solo career in 2024 by releasing two new singles – “Anti-Droid” and “Technical Exorcism,” with an additional cover of Rammstein’s hit “Du Hast” recorded in 2023. In his recent interview with Reality Check TV, Bell disclosed his plans for the upcoming year, hinting at new music in the pipeline and tour announcements scheduled for this month.
“I’ve got new music on the horizon under my own name, Burton C. Bell. I have a great band backing me up, and I recently approved a new master. Instead of releasing an album, I have chosen to release singles, with the next one being quite impressive. Fans are definitely going to be excited,” Bell shared in the interview.
Additionally, Bell teased upcoming tours, indicating that he will unveil a tour schedule in February, although it won’t be in the United States. While the lineup for his upcoming tour remains unspecified, Bell was seen reconnecting with former Fear Factory bandmate Christian Olde Wolbers. Although there is no official confirmation of a collaboration between the two, the possibility is quite intriguing.
In terms of his backing band, Bell’s group in 2024 included guitarist Henrik Linde (The Vitals, Dren), drummer Ryan Junior Kittlitz (All Hail The Yeti, The Acid Helps), bassist Tony Baumeister (ÆGES), and Stewart Cararas. The chemistry among these musicians undoubtedly contributed to the success of Bell’s solo shows where he performed a mix of his original songs and tracks from bands like Fear Factory, Ascension Of The Watchers, G//Z/R, and Head Of David.
As Bell gears up for a busy year with new music releases and tour announcements, fans eagerly anticipate the innovative and iconic sound that he brings to the metal scene. Keeping the spirit of experimentation and creativity alive, Burton C. Bell continues to captivate audiences with his music, ensuring that his legacy in the metal genre remains strong and vibrant.
