Last month, the iconic guitarist from KISS, Ace Frehley, passed away at the age of 74, shortly after being hospitalized due to a fall.
The recent report from TMZ disclosed that his demise was due to blunt trauma from the fall, which was deemed accidental. An assessment by a medical examiner in New Jersey revealed that Frehley had suffered a skull fracture, subdural hematoma, and a stroke. There was a delay in determining his cause of death as authorities were awaiting a toxicology report.
