Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor Takes Action After Losing Title

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor is taking decisive action following the loss of his titles by shutting down his business platform, Pitch@Palace Global Ltd. The closure was confirmed by the British broadcaster BBC, with the necessary paperwork being filed with the Companies House by Arthur Lancaster, the sole remaining director of the company.

Pitch@Palace operated similarly to the BBC show “Dragon’s Den,” connecting young entrepreneurs with investors. Andrew claimed that the initiative had created 3,000 jobs and was established in 2017 as a possible source of income after King Charles III discontinued financial support for his younger brother. Events were held at prestigious locations like St James’s Palace.

However, the business model had been struggling for years, particularly after Andrew’s disastrous “Newsnight” interview in 2019 regarding his ties with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Pitch@Palace stopped its operations in the UK in 2021 and only the international branch remained. Recent financial reports showed a significant decline in assets, dropping from around 300,000 euros to approximately 14,000 euros.

In response to his continued involvement in the Epstein scandal, Andrew had all his royal titles and honors revoked in late October, with the official statement citing necessary actions due to his ongoing entanglements. He was removed from the nobility register and is required to vacate the Royal Lodge in Windsor, while his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson must also find a new residence after 17 years of living together despite their divorce.

The closure of Pitch@Palace and the subsidiary company Innovate Global Ltd., which was allegedly a rebranding of the former, marks another step in Andrew’s retreat from public life. Any remaining assets from the companies will be transferred to the Crown upon dissolution. This move signifies a continuation of Andrew’s efforts to distance himself from public scrutiny.
