Aerosmith’s New Top 10 Album Marks Six Decades of Success on Billboard 200 Chart
Aerosmith has achieved a groundbreaking milestone by earning a spot in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 chart for the sixth consecutive decade, spanning from the 1970s to the 2020s with their latest album, One More Time, a collaboration with YUNGBLUD, debuting at an impressive No. 9 on the chart released on December 6. This remarkable feat places Aerosmith in a league shared only by The Rolling Stones and a select group that includes Paul McCartney, Bruce Springsteen, and James Taylor, who have attained a Top 10 album in each of these six decades. One More Time serves as Aerosmith’s tenth album to make it to the Top 10, following their last appearance with Music From Another Dimension! in 2012, which peaked at No. 5. The album’s lead single, “My Only Angel,” achieved the coveted No. 1 spot on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart in October and has now climbed to No. 6 on the latest Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, marking Aerosmith’s 25th Top 10 hit in that category.
