Travelers at Harry Reid International Airport now have the opportunity to experience the new culinary destination, Chase Sapphire Lounge. This lounge, which opened recently post-security in Terminal 1 at the C gates, spans 4,590 square feet across two stories. Curated by the renowned restaurant group Momofuku, founded by chef David Chang, the menu at the Chase Sapphire Lounge features delectable offerings such as spicy cucumber salad, crispy nori potatoes, and the signature Momofuku pork bun. These dishes are part of the Sapphire Reserve Exclusive Tables program that promises a divine dining experience for its patrons.

In addition to the delectable food offerings, Chase Sapphire Lounge also boasts a champagne parlor, a curated wine list from Parcelle, signature cocktails, and coffee service by Dark Moon Coffee Roasters, a Nevada-based coffee roaster. Entry to this exclusive lounge is reserved for primary card members of Chase Sapphire Reserve, Sapphire Reserve for Business, J.P. Morgan Reserve, and Ritz‑Carlton Credit Card (including authorized users). Holders of the Sapphire Reserve and J.P. Morgan Reserve cards can bring along two guests at no additional charge, with each extra guest incurring a fee of $27.

Meanwhile, there have been notable updates at the Red Rock food court set to debut by the spring of 2026. With Love Always is set to replace Fatburger as a welcomed addition to the food court alongside other popular eateries such as Randy’s Donuts and Good Pie. With Love Always was initially established by Drew Belcher and Kevin Whelan, the brains behind Sorry, Not Sorry Creamery. Originally beginning as a pop-up establishment in a parking lot in 2021, the restaurant later transitioned to a full brick-and-mortar location at 6441 N. Durango Drive in Centennial Hills. Belcher expressed his excitement about joining the Red Rock family and bringing their local favorites to a new audience.

Notably, some eateries at Red Rock, such as Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, Panda Express, Wingstop, and Rubio’s, have remained operational in light of these changes. Additionally, Morimoto, the staple dining establishment at MGM Grand backed by “Iron Chef” star Masahura Morimoto, has recently reopened following a brief closure for design and menu updates. Chef Morimoto shared that the revamped restaurant will capture the essence of both Las Vegas and Tokyo through its unique design and culinary offerings, appealing to lovers of fine cuisine in both locations.

At New York-New York, Auntie Anne’s Pretzels has taken over from New York Pretzel, adding a new sweet and savory delight for visitors to indulge in during their stay at the establishment. The evolving dining landscape in Las Vegas continues to surprise and enthrall visitors with fresh culinary experiences at every turn.
