Divorce, a band from Nottingham, has had a phenomenal year in 2025, performing live shows, bagging significant festival slots, and releasing their debut album. To cap off this successful year, they have released a reworking of their beautiful single ‘Antartica,’ which was initially launched a year ago and opens their fantastic full-length album ‘Drive to Goldenhammer.’ What makes this version of the song special is the addition of vocals from Marcus Mumford of Mumford & Sons, following their joint tour and shared live performances during the summer. Regarding this collaboration, Tiger Cohen-Towell of Divorce commented on Marcus’ involvement, stating, “Meeting and playing shows with Mumford & Sons has been an immense privilege and a career highlight. They are the nicest guys. When we first asked Marcus to sing on ‘Antarctica,’ he seemed so genuinely excited, and what he ended up contributing to the song was so striking and tender that we needed to immortalize it by recording it.”
