From SIX to Elvis: Upcoming Events at Blackpool Winter Gardens next month
A diverse range of performances and events are scheduled to take place at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens next month. The venue will open the new year with the highly acclaimed musical SIX, showcasing the stories of Henry VIII’s six wives through an 80-minute performance packed with historical remixes. Following SIX, the British Homing World Show of the Year will be held on January 17 and 18, drawing in an annual crowd of around 10,000 pigeon enthusiasts and marking its 50th anniversary in Blackpool in 2026 with special festivities planned.
Rock the Gardens Festival and the UK West Coast Folk Festival are next on the list, occurring on January 23-25 and featuring a plethora of acts across various stages. The former will showcase top rock and metal tribute bands, while the latter boasts a lineup that includes Seth Lakeman, Jon Boden and the Remnant Kings, The Webb Sisters, and Nick Harper, among many others. Blues-rock artist Joanne Shaw Taylor will hit the stage on January 28, and Dean Z – The Ultimate Elvis will follow suit on January 29, bringing his electrifying tribute show straight from the USA to Blackpool.
Dean Z, known for winning the “Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest,” promises a high-energy performance that will captivate audiences. To close out the month, the UK Blues, Rhythm & Rock Festival will take place on January 30 and 31, offering a blend of musical styles to end the month on a high note.
