K-pop Groups Stray Kids, BTS, TXT’s Yeonjun, ENHYPEN, and LE Announce Collaboration
Billboard has recently released its World Albums chart for the week ending on January 24th!
Stray Kids have maintained their position at the top of the World Albums chart as their latest album “DO IT” holds its reign for the eighth consecutive week. Remarkably, “DO IT” also saw success on the Billboard 200, climbing back up to No. 148 during its eighth week.
Stray Kids have dominated the World Albums chart this week with a total of five albums making it to the list. Alongside “DO IT,” we see “KARMA” at No. 5, “合 (HOP)” at No. 12, “ATE” at No. 13, and “ROCK-STAR” at No. 23, each album showcasing the group’s undeniable talent.
BTS, the global sensation, made their mark on the chart with their 2022 anthology album “Proof,” climbing to No. 3 in its impressive 188th week on the World Albums chart. Additionally, their 2020 release “Map of the Soul: 7” jumped to No. 9 in its 156th week. Notably, BTS’s 2018 album “Love Yourself: Tear” re-entered the World Albums chart, securing the 22nd spot after spending an impressive 209 non-consecutive weeks on the chart. It’s also worth mentioning Jimin’s solo album “MUSE,” standing strong at No. 17 in its 78th week.
CORTIS is making waves with their debut EP “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES,” which surged to No. 4 in its 19th week on the chart. Furthermore, TXT’s Yeonjun’s solo album “No Labels: Part 01” skyrocketed up to No. 7 in its 10th week, proving the group’s versatility and talent.
