With Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, and Kendrick Lamar making significant waves at the 2026 Grammys, the winners in various categories were announced yesterday. Previous host Trevor Noah led the 68th annual Grammy Awards at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
The event was broadcast live on CBS and streamed on the Paramount+ platform. Let’s take a detailed look at the winners of the 2026 Grammys:
Record of the Year went to “Luther” by Kendrick Lamar with SZA. Bad Bunny claimed Album of the Year with “Debí Tirar Más Fotos.” The Song of the Year title was awarded to “Wildflower” with Billie Eilish O’Connell and Finneas O’Connell as the songwriters for Billie Eilish.
Olivia Dean was recognized as the Best New Artist, while Lola Young’s “Messy” won Best Pop Solo Performance. Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande’s collaboration, “Defying Gravity,” earned them the Best Pop Duo/Group Performance award.
Lady Gaga’s “Mayhem” secured the Best Pop Vocal Album title, and Tame Impala’s “End of Summer” was awarded Best Dance/Electronic Recording. Lady Gaga’s “Abracadabra” triumphed in the Best Dance Pop Recording category. FKA Twigs’ “Eusexua” won Best Dance/Electronic Album.
Gesaffelstein’s remix of Lady Gaga’s “Abracadabra” took home the Best Remixed Recording award, while Yungblud featuring Nuno Bettencourt, Frank Bello, and Adam Wakeman II won Best Rock Performance for “Changes (Live From Villa Park) Back to the Beginning.” Turnstile’s “Birds” was honored with the Best Metal Performance title.
In the Alternative Music category, The Cure excelled, winning both Best Alternative Music Performance for “Alone” and Best Alternative Music Album for “Songs of a Lost World.” Kehlani’s “Folded” was the Best R&B Performance, and Leon Thomas’ “Vibes Don’t Lie” secured the Best Traditional R&B Performance award.
