Rock for People announces addition of Knocked Loose, Alexisonfire, and Militarie Gun to fifth day lineup headlined by Iron Maiden
Following the festival’s main four-day programme, a standalone event is set to take place on Sunday, 14 June at Park 360 in Hradec Králové, Czechia, featuring the legendary British band Iron Maiden. The day will showcase a diverse line-up of hard rock and metal acts spanning different generations.
Among the newly announced artists are Knocked Loose, a Grammy-nominated hardcore band known for their intense live performances. Also joining the line-up is Militarie Gun, a hardcore group hailing from Los Angeles. From Liverpool, the experimental metal sound of Loathe will be on display. Adding to the mix is Canadian post-hardcore act Alexisonfire, known for their dynamic and emotional music. The iconic Saxon, pioneers of heavy metal, will also grace the stage alongside Florence Black, BLACKGOLD, Rain City Drive, Scene Queen, and Man With A Mission.
These artists will join an already stellar heavy music line-up that includes Alter Bridge, Queensrÿche, and God Is An Astronaut. Festival director Luděk Motyčka emphasizes that the day is not just about a single star attraction but aims to curate a day filled with metal legends and emerging bands that are shaping the current hard music landscape.
As the festival celebrates its 31st year, organizers have prepared a new infrastructure for attendees to enjoy. This year will see the addition of seating stands at the main stage, providing fans with a more comfortable viewing experience. Iron Maiden fans are in for a treat as the festival will offer tastings of the band’s signature Trooper beer and a specially branded wine, adding to the overall experience and atmosphere of the event.
