Shinedown reveals major 2026 tour, along with new song and album
Shinedown, the rock band that dominated the 2000s music scene, is back in action. After a long hiatus following their 2022 album “Planet Zero,” fans were thrilled when the band reactivated their Instagram account. This exciting move was followed by a major announcement – Shinedown is releasing a new single, gearing up for a full album release, and embarking on a tour that will crisscross North America, Europe, and the UK, giving fans a chance to rock out live to their favorite tunes.
Kicking things off on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, Shinedown dropped their much-anticipated new track, “Safe and Sound,” on all major music platforms like Spotify and Apple Music. This single is a taste of what’s to come on their upcoming album, “EI8HT,” which is set to launch on May 29, 2026.
