The collaboration between BLACKPINK’s Jennie and Australian psychedelic rock project Tame Impala on the track “Dracula” has propelled the song to the No. 10 spot on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart, marking Jennie’s highest solo ranking.

Previously released as a solo track by Tame Impala, “Dracula” gained momentum after a remix featuring Jennie was unveiled in February. The remix quickly caught the attention of audiences on short-form video platforms, contributing to its rise in the charts.

During the latest tracking week, the song garnered 12.1 million streams, marking a 5 percent increase from the previous week. Additionally, radio airplay increased by 20 percent, reaching 23.1 million audience impressions, according to data from Billboard.

The Billboard Hot 100 ranking reflects the most popular songs in the United States across various genres, compiling data from streaming, radio airplay, and sales. Jennie’s achievement of a top 10 solo entry on the chart follows in the footsteps of fellow BLACKPINK member Rose, whose collaboration with Bruno Mars on “APT.” peaked at No. 3.

With this accomplishment, BLACKPINK has joined the ranks of just five groups that have seen two female members achieve solo top 10 hits on the Hot 100, alongside Destiny’s Child, Fifth Harmony, Fleetwood Mac, and The Go-Go’s.

The success of “Dracula” featuring Jennie highlights the growing influence of K-pop on the global music scene, as artists from different backgrounds come together to create unique and chart-topping tracks. As BLACKPINK continues to make their mark on the music industry as individual artists, fans can expect more exciting collaborations and solo projects in the future.
