Lou Gramm, the original frontman of Foreigner, is currently on tour and expresses his genuine excitement about performing for large audiences. He describes the thrill of walking out on stage and starting the first song as an incredibly exciting experience, indicating his continued passion for live performances.

Following the release of his new solo album, Released, in March, Gramm includes songs from the 1980s that were not featured on his previous solo albums. Fans attending his tour can expect a diverse selection of music, including solo tracks like “Midnight Blue,” Foreigner classics such as “Cold As Ice” and “Hot Blooded,” and songs from his latest album.

When asked about the new songs he’s eager to perform, Gramm expresses that all the tracks hold a special place for him. He emphasizes the effort put into selecting and arranging the songs to offer a varied and engaging musical experience for the audience.

Despite his love for performing, Gramm acknowledges that, at 76, he is no longer suited for lengthy tours due to reduced stamina. While he enjoys playing and interacting with the audience, he finds it physically taxing to maintain a 90-minute set as an older performer.

Gramm’s tour includes performances in various cities, with his upcoming show in Stamford, Connecticut, and the tour concluding on October 8 in Columbia, South Carolina. A detailed schedule of tour dates can be found on Lou Gramm’s official website.

Highlighting his enduring commitment to music and live performance, Gramm’s tour serves as a reminder of his influential contributions to the rock music scene. His ability to connect with audiences through his timeless hits and new material demonstrates his versatility and dedication to his craft.
