Fourth lineup for Sound Planet Festival announced, featuring four acts including Xdinary Heroes.

On the 22nd at noon, Sound Planet Festival and Rolling Hall shared exciting news on their social media accounts by revealing four new acts added to the lineup: Xdinary Heroes, Red C, akuruyo-sheep, and Joha. Fans were thrilled by the unexpected inclusion of these acts in the 2026 Sound Planet Festival roster.

Xdinary Heroes, a band that made a lasting impression on the audience with their performances on both days of last year’s festival, is set to return. Their collaboration with YB, a prominent rock band in South Korea, during the festival resonated with fans and garnered attention for its uniqueness.

The Japanese group akuruyo-sheep, another addition to this year’s lineup, received a warm reception for their distinctive performance at the previous Sound Planet Festival. Their recent stint in Korea as opening acts for Crying Nut and Macguffin left a strong impression on local music enthusiasts. With plans for a major debut in Japan this August, akuruyo-sheep is poised to captivate audiences with an even more polished and mature stage presence.

Joining the lineup is ‘Red C’, who made their debut performance in Korea at Rolling Hall in May to rave reviews. The band’s fresh energy and distinctive style left a mark on the audience, making them a noteworthy addition to the festival. Additionally, singer-songwriter Joha (JOHA) has been making waves with their experimental cross-genre approach and engaging musical style, expanding their fan base with each performance.

CEO Kim Cheon-seong expressed enthusiasm for this year’s Sound Planet Festival, noting that it was selected as a standout project by the Korea Creative Content Agency’s popular music performance production support program. The festival organizers have put great effort into curating a lineup that offers diverse and engaging attractions for attendees, aiming to create unforgettable experiences through artist discovery and memorable performances.

Among the already announced acts, Japanese band ZUTOMAYO is a standout inclusion as they make their festival debut in Korea. Having solidified their presence at major music festivals in Japan such as Fuji Rock Festival and Summer Sonic, and attracting large crowds during their arena tour with over 120,000 attendees, ZUTOMAYO is a rising star in the J-POP scene.

The lineup also features a mix of Korean and international artists like UVERworld, Kim Junsu (XIA), YB, Guckkasten, Urban Zakapa, and Damons Year, generating excitement among music enthusiasts.
