CORTIS achieves seven weeks on U.S. ‘Billboard 200’ chart
CORTIS, the popular K-pop group, has continued its impressive performance on the renowned Billboard 200 chart in the United States. Their second mini album, ‘GREENGREEN’, has maintained its position on the chart for seven consecutive weeks, securing the 94th spot. This accomplishment sets a new record for the longest chart run by a K-pop boy group that debuted within the last five years.
In addition to their success on the main album chart, CORTIS has made a significant impact on various detailed charts. ‘GREENGREEN’ claimed the top spot on the ‘World Albums’ chart, while their first mini album, ‘COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES’, reached second place. Moreover, both albums secured positions in the top ten on the ‘Top Album Sales’ chart, further highlighting the group’s popularity and appeal.
The title track of their latest album, ‘REDRED’, has also enjoyed remarkable success on global charts. It ranked 65th on the ‘Global 200’ chart and 35th on the ‘Global (excluding U.S.)’ chart, maintaining a presence for nine consecutive weeks. CORTIS’s music has resonated strongly with audiences, as evidenced by their performance on various streaming platforms. The title track ‘REDRED’ secured the top spot on YouTube Music Korea’s ‘Weekly Popular Songs’ for two consecutive weeks and maintained top positions on Spotify Korea’s ‘Daily Top Songs’ and Apple Music’s ‘Today’s Top 100: South Korea’ for an impressive 56 and 65 days, respectively. These records mark the longest reign for a boy group that debuted within the past five years, underscoring CORTIS’s sustained popularity and success.
Looking ahead, CORTIS shows no signs of slowing down and is set to embark on a global tour in the second half of the year. The tour, titled ‘2026 CORTIS TOUR ‘PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN”, will take the group to South Korea, North America, Japan, and other regions from July to September. Moreover, CORTIS is scheduled to perform at major music festivals such as ‘Lollapalooza Chicago’ on July 31–August 1 and the ‘ROCK IN JAPAN FESTIVAL 2026’ in Chiba, Japan, on September 20.
