Indie rock band from Twin City releases high-energy track “Seems to Me”

Twin City has emerged as a prominent figure in the UK indie rock ‘n’ roll scene, garnering attention from major players in the music industry. Comprised of Welsh brothers Louis and Toby Ellis, along with Conor Feeney and Pete Refson, Twin City burst onto the scene in 2021 with the release of their debut single, “Shake the Walls,” accompanied by a music video that quickly gained traction and airplay on BBC Radio and Amazing Radio UK & US.

In early 2025, Twin City released “I Saw God,” which garnered praise from industry leaders and set the stage for their meteoric rise.

However, tragedy struck when Twin City’s guitarist and brother, James, passed away following their biggest gig to date. In a tribute to their fallen bandmate, Twin City released “Carried Away,” featuring vocals from Pete in honor of James. Despite the setback, the band returned with a new single, “Seems To Me,” exuding high-octane energy and gritty rock ‘n’ roll vibes.
