2025 marks a significant milestone for N.Flying, the K-pop rock band that is commemorating its 10th anniversary with a promise to create something timeless. With the return of three of the band’s five members from military service, a grand celebration is in the works. This celebration includes the release of their second full-length album titled “Everlasting” and their inaugural world tour, dubbed “&CON4: Full Circle,” which will make stops in 28 cities across Asia, the Americas, Oceania, and Europe.

“I’m truly thankful for the opportunity to embark on a world tour,” expressed Yoo Hwe-seung, one of the band’s two frontmen, during an interview at the FNC Entertainment headquarters in southern Seoul. “I am eagerly looking forward to reuniting with all five members to perform for N.Fia [N.Flying fans] around the globe,” Yoo added.

Bassist Seo Dong-sung, who completed his military service in November of the previous year, has been preparing for the world tour by learning English and Chinese. With a smile, Seo mentioned, “Perhaps by next year, I will be a bit more proficient in speaking both English and Chinese.” He acknowledged the unique energy and musical tastes of each country and city on the tour, expressing some nervousness but also excitement about adjusting their setlist accordingly to cater to local preferences.

N.Flying, who made their debut on May 20, 2015, has gained recognition for their rap-rock fusion sound and their breakout hit “Rooftop” in 2019, composed by leader and frontman Lee Seung-hyub. Lee played a significant role in the creation of the new album “Everlasting,” as he penned 10 out of the 12 tracks. The remaining two tracks, “Songbird” and “Stand By Me,” are Korean versions of songs released in Japan. The title track “Everlasting,” a poignant rock ballad, aligns perfectly with the band’s introspection on their decade-long journey while looking ahead to many more shared moments.

Speaking about the album’s thematic elements, Lee emphasized the recurring themes of “eternity” and “this moment.” He drew a connection between “Everlasting” and their previous track “Blue Moon” from 2023, highlighting the desire to freeze time to cherish everlasting togetherness. Through “Everlasting,” Lee aimed to capture the overwhelming emotions of experiencing both eternity and the present moment simultaneously.

N.Flying recently concluded the Seoul leg of their “&CON4: Full Circle” world tour with shows at Olympic Hall, which can host approximately 3,000 attendees. Drummer Kim Jae-hyun shared his perspective on the band’s growth over the past decade, noting their heightened dedication to bringing joy to N.Fia while performing in larger venues that felt like gazing into expansive galaxies. As they embark on the next chapter, Kim affirmed the band’s commitment to safeguarding N.Flying and their devoted fanbase, N.Fia.
