Mumford & Sons reveal upcoming album with Gracie Abrams, Hozier, and Chris Stapleton

Mumford & Sons recently unveiled their upcoming sixth studio album, Prizefighter, scheduled for release on February 13, 2026, through Island Records. The 14-track album was produced by Aaron Dessner from The National at Long Pond Studios and includes exciting collaborations with Gracie Abrams, Hozier, Chris Stapleton, and Gigi Perez. One of the album’s lead singles, “Rubber Band Man,” features Hozier, with other standout tracks like “Here” with Stapleton and “Badlands” with Abrams.

Frontman Marcus Mumford expressed his confidence in the band’s creative abilities with this new project, stating, “We feel like we’re hitting our prime as a creative force. We’re putting everything we have into this now, and we’re using everything about our experience so far to embrace exactly who we are.” He emphasized the band’s growth and self-assurance, describing Prizefighter as a blend of seriousness and playfulness, touching on themes of hopefulness amid challenges. Mumford highlighted the band’s continuous evolution and enthusiasm, stating, “We’re comfortable in our skins these days.
