Ulrika Spacek Releases New Album “Square Root of None”
Ulrika Spacek recently released their latest single “Square Root Of None” as a follow-up to their previous track “Build A Box Then Break It,” which was released last month. The English band, known for their artsy and shoegaze sound, will be releasing their upcoming LP titled EXPO in February.
The band’s unique sound is a blend of digital and analog elements, which is evident in “Square Root Of None.” The song starts with a glitchy introduction and transitions into a mix of restless drums and wiry guitars. Lyrics in the song include mathematical references such as “I’m in a strange loop of zero/ A time shift, a post-script/ A hard thing to decode.”
The tracklist for the upcoming LP EXPO has been revealed, and it includes the following songs:
01 “Intro”
02 “Picto”
03 “I Could Just Do It”
04 “Build A Box Then Break It”
05 “This Time I’m Present”
06 “Showroom Poetry”
07 “Expo”
08 “Square Root Of None”
09 “Weights & Measures”
10 “A Modern Low”
11 “Incomplete Symphony”
Fans can expect EXPO to be released on 2/6 via Full Time Hobby.
Ulrika Spacek’s music continues to push boundaries and experiment with different sounds, creating a unique listening experience for their audience. Stay tuned for the release of EXPO in February to hear more of their innovative sound.
