Ann Wilson, lead singer, had to cut short their 2024 tour due to cancer treatment but returned triumphantly to the stage after successfully completing her treatment. Despite setbacks like a busted elbow and backstage theft of guitars, Heart pushed through to tie for 12th place. Their resilience and determination ensured that they would be back on the road in 2026.

Also tying for 12th place are .38 Special, who not only released their first album in over 20 years, ‘Milestone’, but also performed a whopping 73 shows in 2025.
