As the winter season unfolds, it’s time to fill your calendar with a lineup of exciting concerts and music events in the Hub. Kicking off the list is the Rebirth Jazz Band performing on Jan. 23 at City Winery. Originally an emerging force in the Crescent City brass band scene, Rebirth has evolved into a benchmark of the jazzy, funky horn-driven sound of New Orleans.

Next up is Kashus Culpepper, set to take the stage at Sinclair on Feb. 7. With his debut album “Act I” releasing on Jan. 23, Culpepper is on the fast track to stardom. For fans of classic boy bands, New Edition will be hitting the stage at TD Garden on Feb. 15, delivering a nostalgic performance of all their hits. The lineup includes Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Michael, Ralph, and Johnny, promising an evening of New Edition classics, solo hits, and Bell Biv DeVoe favorites.

Looking for some twang and grit? Margo Price takes the stage at Royale on Feb. 21, bringing her powerful country sound to the heart of the theater district. Get ready to kick up your boots and dance the night away to Price’s irresistible tunes.

Mariah the Scientist will be enchanting audiences at MGM Music Hall on Feb. 28 with her blend of ’80s synth-pop, Laurel Canyon revival sounds, and modern R&B from her latest album “Hearts Sold Separately.” Witness her heartfelt ballads live for a soul-stirring experience.

Mavis Staples will be gracing the stage at Chevalier Theatre on Feb. 28, showcasing her soulful brilliance with tracks from her album “Sad and Beautiful World.” At 86, Staples continues to deliver fiery performances that captivate audiences.

And finally, don’t miss Gogol Bordello’s performance at Royale on March 25, bringing their unique blend of gypsy punk and high-octane energy to the stage. With a dozen members from different countries, Gogol Bordello promises a wild and unforgettable musical experience.
