Heartbreak Sessions is an independent rock festival held in Rio de Janeiro, and they have recently announced the lineup for their fourth edition. The festival, taking place at Experience Music in Lapa on March 29th, features performances by emerging bands such as Ginger and the Peppers, Montanee, and Muladhara.
Ginger and the Peppers, formed in 2020, revive the essence of 70s rock with their original compositions. The band, led by powerful female vocals and vintage guitar tones, blends contemporary influences with a modern sound, offering a unique and striking identity to the music scene. Montanee, an alternative rock band from Rio de Janeiro, draws inspiration from Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys, and Queens of the Stone Age. The band is currently touring to promote their latest EP, “Recalling Dreams,” which was recorded in New York and produced by Joel Hamilton.
Muladhara, a Rio-based trio, creates a sonic journey that combines heavy psychedelia with expansive atmospheres.
