German electronicore band Electric Callboy has recently released a new single titled ‘Let The Good Times Roll’, featuring The Offspring frontman Dexter Holland. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for the band as they gear up for the launch of their seventh studio album TANZNEID in August 2026, along with an extensive world tour, including stops in Australia.

As Electric Callboy dives into the European festival circuit with high-profile performances at Rock am Ring and Rock im Park, anticipation is building for the release of their upcoming album. The band’s latest track, ‘Let The Good Times Roll’, brings together one of Germany’s most successful modern heavy acts with a musician who played a pivotal role in shaping the punk and alternative rock scene of the 1990s.

Reflecting on their collaboration with Dexter Holland, Electric Callboy expressed their admiration for The Offspring, stating, “The Offspring have been one of the bands that shaped us from the very beginning.” The band members attribute a significant part of their musical journey to The Offspring, making this collaboration a surreal and special moment for them. ‘Let The Good Times Roll’ embodies the essence of energetic and fun music, capturing the spirit that both bands share.

Dexter Holland echoed this sentiment, praising the track for its energy and carefree approach. “It’s energetic, unpredictable, and doesn’t take itself too seriously, exactly the kind of spirit we’ve always loved about punk and rock music,” he remarked. The collaboration has brought together two distinct musical styles, creating a fresh and dynamic sound that encapsulates the best of both worlds.

As the band gears up for the release of TANZNEID, ‘Let The Good Times Roll’ joins a lineup of recent singles including ‘Hypercharged’, ‘Tanzneid’, ‘Revery’, and ‘Elevator Operator’. The album was crafted during breaks in their busy touring schedule, with material conceived in backstage settings, on tour buses, and in studio sessions.

Electric Callboy, originally known as Eskimo Callboy, burst onto the music scene in 2010 in Castrop-Rauxel, Germany. Over the years, the band has established a strong presence in the European metalcore and post-hardcore genres, with albums such as Bury Me In Vegas, We Are The Mess, Crystals, The Scene, and Rehab. Following the addition of vocalist Nico Sallach in 2020 and the viral success of ‘Hypa Hypa’, Electric Callboy gained international recognition.

The band’s evolution continued with hit tracks like ‘We Got The Moves’, ‘Pump It’, and the 2024 collaboration ‘RATATATA’ with BABYMETAL. Their album TEKKNO marked a significant milestone by reaching No.1 in Germany and charting globally, solidifying Electric Callboy’s position as a crossover sensation in heavy music.

In 2022, the members of the band officially changed their name to Electric Callboy from Eskimo Callboy to address concerns of cultural insensitivity. This strategic move was accompanied by a reevaluation of their earlier material and public image. Additionally, personnel changes, including the departure of drummer David-Karl Friedrich in 2025 and the recruitment of former Sum 41 drummer Frank Zummo, have shaped the band’s current trajectory.

The release of ‘Let The Good Times Roll’ signals a growing trend in modern heavy music, where artists are breaking down genre barriers to create innovative and collaborative sounds. Electric Callboy’s upcoming Escalation Fest 2026 in Berlin will mark the debut live performance of TANZNEID, promising an electrifying showcase featuring new remixes, DJ sets, and special guests.

With the Australian leg of the TANZNEID World Tour on the horizon, Electric Callboy is poised to captivate audiences with their dynamic sound and high-energy performances. As they navigate the second half of 2026, the band looks forward to reaching new heights and delivering unforgettable shows to their fans around the world.
