Lip Critic’s “Theft World” from Partisan Records blends breakbeat, punk, and New York attitude into a unique and captivating sound. The album’s hyper and over-the-top energy is delivered with flair, setting Lip Critic apart from other bands.
Russian-born artist Lolina returned with “Monopoly of Mistakes,” offering a mesmerizing blend of experimental sounds. Her music provides an escape into a world of bleeps and bloops that is both eerie and captivating.
Broken Social Scene’s “Remember The Humans” showcased the band’s magic with a fresh yet timeless approach to indie music. Their sixth album in nearly three decades is a testament to their ability to create beautiful, familiar songs with a unique touch.
Lane Shi’s solo project, Otay::Onii, wowed listeners with “Love Is In The Shit,” featuring abrasive and empowering tracks that highlight her talent. The album serves as a platform for Shi to showcase her skills and gain recognition beyond her work with The Ocean.
