Breaking Benjamin has wrapped up production on their latest album, marking a significant milestone for the band after spending four years in the studio following their last album, Ember, in 2018. Guitarists Jasen Rauch and Keith Wallen shared the exciting news while speaking with Moshpit Passion at the 2026 Rock Am Ring festival in Nürburgring, Germany.

During the interview, Rauch expressed the band’s excitement, stating, “Well, the album’s done. There is [a title for it]. We are so close for everything coming out.” He went on to explain the extensive process they went through, revealing, “We’ve been recording pretty much full time four years now post-pandemic. Some of these songs we re-recorded three different times.” The final vocal line was recently laid down at a festival in America, and the group plans to announce the release date over the summer, with the masters already in hand and artwork tweaks currently underway.

Wallen echoed the sentiment of the band’s readiness to share their new music with fans, saying, “We’re done. It’s sinking in, ’cause we see all the comments, we see all the fans [saying], just, like, ‘When’s the new album [coming out]? When’s the new album?’ And, like, trust me, we are so ready.” The anticipation for their new album has been building, with the band having released “Something Wicked” as a preview. Frontman Benjamin Burnley described the track as a representation of their musical influences, showcasing the band’s commitment to pushing themselves creatively on this record.

Since their debut album, Saturate, in 2002, Breaking Benjamin has achieved ten No. 1 mainstream rock radio hits and garnered 8.5 billion combined streams worldwide. Their social media following has exceeded 6.5 million, solidifying their position as a prominent figure in the rock music scene. The band is currently on tour in Europe with support from Chevelle and Return to Dust, marking their first overseas performances since 2017. The tour includes stops in various cities in Germany, such as Leipzig, Hamburg, Cologne, and Berlin, before moving on to other locations in Eastern Europe and concluding in London in July.

Following their European tour, Breaking Benjamin will embark on a North American leg starting in September, with shows scheduled across the United States until October. Fans can find all tour dates and details on the band’s official website, ensuring that followers have ample opportunities to catch them live in concert. The completion of their new album and the subsequent tours signal an exciting chapter for Breaking Benjamin, offering fans a fresh musical experience to look forward to.
